• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Access to core features requires a one-time purchase. We reserve the right to revoke access for chargebacks, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4. Payment

BoothROI™ is a paid application. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service without permission.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates others' rights.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business and event data you enter. We store it on your behalf and take reasonable measures to protect it. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual property

BoothROI™, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business need.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoothROI™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.
